This includes customer service and support for our dealers worldwide for questions regarding sales, technical support and guidance. Our support also includes being there for our partners when we can make a difference together, at exhibitions or at meetings with selected customers.
All AUTOCOM markets are supported through their respective distributor’s local support network. All distributor staff supporting AUTOCOM products are trained and certificated by the head office in Sweden. Local personnel supporting AUTOCOM products are backed up by a central support department in Sweden that develops and trains the global support teams and which is available to respond to customer enquiries.
