Release 2025.09 highlights

CARS

The CARS database has been updated across many brands and models. The improvements apply to both new and older passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.

This enables workshops to service a wider variety of vehicles and model variants, which means fewer turnarounds, increased first-time fix rates, and the ability to take on more jobs without turning customers away.

• Alfa Romeo
  • Tonale – electronic parking brake is updated and an updated function for cool down test in HVAC (air condition) has been added

• Audi
  • A1 – updated to year model 2025
• BMW
  • General service reset update with improved CBS reset function
  • 5-series G61 – new system for gearbox control and electric motor electronics (EGS-EME) has been added including real time data, fault codes and activations
• Cupra
  • Tavascan – updated to year model 2025 with full functionality
  • Terramar – calibration of radar and camera
• Dacia
  • Duster – (HJD) engine H5H (1.3L) added
• Fiat
  • Ducato 2021 – new system HALF (haptic lane feedback) with function for camera calibration. More climate system variants (HVAC) are also added.
  • Ducato 2016-2023 – updated scan functionality to cover more systems
  • Ducato 2016-2021 — CNG engine 3.0-F1CFA401A, F1CFA401C added
  • 500E –update with function for cool down test in HVAC (air condition)
  • Panda updated to model year 2024
  • Topolino – new model
  • Panda/Pandina 2024 – new model and updated function for BSG lithium battery forced charge function

TRUCKS

The diagnostic software TRUCKS has been expanded with a series of updates to the database, covering both new and older light- and heavy commercial vehicles.

These updates include extended support for additional models, model years, and system coverage – ensuring you can work confidently on an even broader range of vehicles.

  • Ducato 2016-2021 – CNG engine 3.0-F1CFA401A, F1CFA401C added
  • Ducato 2016-2023 – updated scan functionality with more systems
• IVECO
  • Daily VII – updated to year models 2024-2025
  • S-Way – injector activation and functions for resetting parameters have been updated. Function for changing transmission serial numbers and for testing that gears have been added

  • Actros 2025 – update of new systems and variants
• Scania
  • R series – EBS (Electric Brake System) updated with brake test for trucks with 3 and 4 axles
• Volvo
  • FH (4) –CMS (Camera Monitor System) basic data and fault code reading
