Release 2025.12 highlights

CARS

Last update of 2025! The database in CARS has been updated for many makes and models. The improvements apply to both new and older passenger cars as well as light commercial vehicles. Some selected highlights can be found in the list below.

This release places a particularly strong focus on Land Rover/Range Rover, delivering substantial improvements across many models and model years. There are also many new systems added for Fiat and Kia.

• Citroên
  • C3/C3 Aircross (24-) –several new systems; many EV systems, gearbox, multifunction video camera, fault codes, real-time data and adjustments

• Dacia
  • Sandero II – updated service reset function
• Fiat
  • Ducato (LCV) – updates for TPMS system 2021 -2023. The 2024-year models are updated with, EMCM Entertainment Multimedia Control Module, DSM (Display Screen Module), ICS (Integrated Centre Stack), trailer tow module and HVAC (air conditioner)
  • Tipo –updated with more engine variants
  • Doblo (LCV) –updated with more engine variants
• Kia
  • XCeed (20-) Updated with activations for blind spot system, activation in gearbox (DSG), service reminder setting and activations of instrument, ESP updated with steering angle sensor calibration, service reset and activation of instrument plus activations for AC
  • Ceed /ProCeed (19-) updated with service reset and activation for instrument (CLU) and ADAS camera and radar calibration.
• Land/Range Rover
  • Overall and general updates for older models
  • Evoque [L551-DoIP] –2023 to 2025 now available for diagnose with good coverage, EV systems and service reset
  • Discovery 5 [L462 DoIP] –2021 to 2025 available for diagnose with good coverage, EV systems and service reset
  • Discovery Sport [L550-DoIP] 2021- 2025 available for diagnose with good coverage, EV systems and service reset
  • Defender [L663] 2022-2025 available for diagnose with good coverage including EV systems and service reset
  • Velar – year models up to 2025 has now diagnose with good coverage, systems and service reset. EV is also added for older Velar
• Mazda
  • CX-30 [DCDC] 2025 –new model added
• Mercedes
  • General updates and improvements on several models and systems
• Opel
  • Frontera – updated with EV systems
• Renault
  • General quality update

TRUCKS

The diagnostic software TRUCKS has been expanded with a series of updates to the database, covering both new and older light- and heavy commercial vehicles.

A few examples include several system updates for Fiat, a general update for Scania, and a number of improvements for Volvo Bus and Renault.

  • General update. Updated battery change function in Battery management system and BCCM Battery cooling system so it better can handle different versions of ECU.
• Fiat
  • Doblo – updated with more engine variants
  • Ducato – 2021-2023 updated TPMS system, 2024-year models are updated with, EMCM Entertainment Multimedia Control Module, DSM (Display Screen Module), ICS (Integrated Centre Stack), trailer tow module and HVAC (air conditioner).
• Volvo Bus
  • General update. Improved testing and fault handling in the engine system. Added function that shows an explanation when test conditions are not met, instead of a negative response.
• Renault
  • General update. Improved testing and fault handling in the engine system. Added function that shows an explanation when test conditions are not met, instead of a negative response.
• Scania
  • General update and increased engine coverage.
