Release 2026.10 highlights

CARS

A new CARS release update is here. It includes a wide range of database updates, helping mechanics andtechnicians service and repair more systems across more vehicles.

Big news in this release is that we introduce Autocom State of Health! Available for all users with a valid CARS Plus or Pro license. Totally free of charge during 2026.

A total of 26 brands has been updated in this release; Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Audi, BMW, Citroen, Dacia, Fiat, Ford, Hyundai, Iveco, KIA, Lancia, Land Rover, Mazda, Mercedes, Mini, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault, Seat, Skoda, Suzuki, Volkswagen and Volvo.

  • 1-series (2019) – gearbox fault codes updated
  • 2-series – function for reset of transmission oil is updated
  • 5-series (2014) – new guide if engine ECU do not respond

• Dacia
  • Duster 2020 – new AdBlue system added
• Land Rover
  • Range Rover/Range Rover Sport (L460/L461) – full service reset available
  • Defender (L663) 2020 – extended functionality for service reset function
• Mercedes
  • C-Class, E-Class, EQB, G-Class, GLC, GLE/M-Class, S-Class, Sprinter and V-Class/Vito – updated fault code reading
• Nissan
  • Qashqai 2016 – reset of adaptive values of particulate filter updated
• Porsche
  • Cayenne – service light reset updated
• Renault
  • Espace V 2020-2023 – updated function and diagnostic support for camera and radar calibrations
  • Master III – engine function and fault codes have been updated
• Škoda
  • Kodiaq 2026 – full diagnose on engine DXDB
• Volvo
  • EX30 – new year models added
  • XC40 – full AdBlue test functionality added

TRUCKS

The diagnostic software TRUCKS has been expanded with a series of updates to the database, covering both new and older light- and heavy commercial vehicles.  Updates and improvements are helpful for every mechanic and technician.

There are 9 updated brands in total (including LCV); Citroën, Dacia, IVECO, Mercedes, Peugeot, Renault, Scania, Volkswagen and Volvo.

  • Jumpy III - updated function for resetting AdBlue after refilling.
• Mercedes
  • Actros V – new description for more fault codes (in the ASAM system).
  • Sprinter – updated fault code readout
  • Vito – updated fault code readout
• Scania Trucks
  • 2021 - new test function for fault handling of test liquid components in the SCR system in Scania trucks with year model 2021 and forward
  • 2005-2013 – The AdBlue dosing function test is updated so that it works better throughout the whole process.
• Volvo
  • FH 2016 – rear axle steering calibration function is updated
