Temporary redirection of Repair Services
Repair Services - temporary redirect to your PC
The button for Repair Services in the CARS software is under maintenance. Normally, Repair Services is started by clicking on the icon in the diagnostic software (see picture). However, now it redirects you to the homepage instead, which is incorrect.
In the meantime, while we are working on a solution, you will need to open Repair Services directly from the desktop on your computer.
Here is how to find Repair Services on your computer
If you have not already saved the application to your desktop, you can easily locate it using your computer’s search function.
- Go to your computer’s search function
- Write ”Repair Services”
- A window with the application will appear. Click “Open”
You will now reach the Repair Services login screen and can use the service as normal.
Tip: To make access easier, add the application as a shortcut on your desktop or pin it to the taskbar so that you do not need to search for it each time.
