Name change – Remote Services becomes Repair Services!

As with any good journey, a few changes along the way makes it even better. We first introduced the service as Remote Services, but soon realised that the name Repair Services better reflects its true purpose; supporting workshops when challenges arise in repairs or servicing. 

It is super easy and a huge help. Whenever a mechanic gets stuck, a ticket can be raised and a Master Technician, with OE-expertise and OE-tools, will personally call back to guide the job to completion.

5 common workshop cases where Repair Services can help:

• To avoid spending too much time on troubleshooting 
• When you need support from a brand expert with access to an OE-tool
• To avoid handover to an OE workshop for software updates or programming after part replacement
• To locate a part, dismantle it, and to know the correct oil/fluid quantity
