Software and data are the property of the supplier and are protected against unauthorised copying by copyright law, international contracts and other national rules.

Copying or selling data or software or parts thereof is punishable by law. In case of infringement, the supplier reserves the right to prosecute and claim damages.

Any use of hardware and/or software not authorised by the distributor constitutes a modification of our products and therefore no warranty applies.

Our products must not be modified in any way. Only original accessories and spare parts may be used, including adapter cables. Any deviation from this will invalidate any claims.

Diagnostic equipment may only be used with an operating system authorised by the distributor. Use of the diagnostic equipment with an operating system not authorised by the distributor will void the warranty. In addition, the distributor accepts no responsibility for any damage or consequences arising from the use of an unauthorised operating system.

Please note that the vehicle manufacturer's instructions must always be followed when working on the vehicle. The distributor accepts no liability for any damage or consequences arising from non-compliance with the vehicle manufacturer's instructions for the vehicle.

This label indicates that the product was manufactured after 13th August 2005 and must therefore be recycled in accordance with WEEE (EU Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment). Contact your local distributor for more information.
